Weather Update: Chance of rain and hailstorm for two days in these states, know the weather condition of your city

Weather Update: The weather is changing across the country including North India. Meanwhile, the Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility of rain and snowfall along with lightning in Jammu-Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit-Baltistan. There is a possibility of rain with thunderstorm in the plains of North India. At the same time, the temperature may increase in many states of South India. The Meteorological Department believes that due to active western disturbance, changes in weather are being seen across the country. According to the Meteorological Department (IMD), between February 25 and 27, there may be rain in many parts of the country including Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Bihar, West Bengal, Odisha.

Talking about the weather in the last 24 hours, hailstorm has fallen in Chhattisgarh. Light to moderate rain may occur in Arunachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand. Light to moderate rain was recorded in Uttarakhand. Apart from this, there was heavy rain in Odisha also.

Rain and hailstorm alert on 26 and 27 February

Regarding the capital Delhi, the Meteorological Department has estimated that today i.e. on Sunday (25 February) the sky will remain cloudy during the day. There may also be drizzle in some areas. Apart from this, there is a possibility of rain tomorrow i.e. Monday (26 February 2024) also. After which the temperature will decrease. On 26th and 27th February, change in weather patterns may be seen in many parts of the country. There is a possibility of rain with thunderstorm in the plains from North India to Eastern India. There may be rain in many areas of Central India on 26th and 26th February. Along with this, there is also a possibility of storm. Hail may also fall in some areas.

Chances of snowfall in hilly states

The Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility of snowfall in the hilly states. Its large scale impact can be seen in the areas falling in the Himalayan region. The Meteorological Department estimates that there may be snowfall along with rain in the Himalayan regions on 26 and 27 February 2024.
