In this rainy season, the danger of lightning i.e. amidst the thunder of clouds is proving to be the most scary. The Meteorological Department has issued a special alert of thunderstorm and lightning in about 15 districts of the state. People in rural areas, farmers working in the fields and people living under the open sky have been specially instructed to take shelter in safe places. In view of the damage caused by lightning incidents in the last few days, the local administration has also issued an advisory.
