A simple and easy way to strengthen the grip of hands without the help of any equipment is to rotate the wrist in a circular direction. Doing this regularly will strengthen the muscles of your wrist and hand.

Hang by hands from a sturdy overhead bar or pull-up bar. Keep in mind that while doing this, your feet should not touch the ground. Additionally, you should hang over the bar with your arms fully extended while engaging your shoulder muscles. You can do this for 15-30 seconds.
