Mirzapur, 11 April (HS). In order to increase the voting percentage in the district and get 75 percent plus voting, Officer-in-charge Sweep and Chief Development Officer Vishal Kumar are organizing various programs to make voters aware about 100 percent voting on coming June 1.
On Thursday, Chaitra Navratri Fair Officer-in-charge Sweep/Chief Development Officer Vishal Kumar organized a voter awareness campaign program in the Roadways Complex, Vindhyachal. Under the program, students of Sunder Munder Girls Inter College presented a dance on voter awareness song and gave the message of maximum voting in the district. In the same sequence, the students of Arya Kanya Inter College presented a song based on voter awareness, “We will celebrate the great festival of democracy together, we will vote together, we will vote together.”
District School Inspector Amarnath Singh said in his address that for the strength and development of India, it is necessary to build a strong democratic country. For this, all voters should use their franchise. He said that elections are scheduled in the district on June 1, all the young and old voters on that day should first reach their polling station and do any other work only after casting their vote.
