‘We were divided, that’s why we were cut’: CM Yogi’s message to Sanatanis in Ayodhya; Said- Hindus were also the target in Sambhal violence

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has given a strong message to the Sanatan Samaj to unite during a grand program organized in Ayodhya. Referring to the country’s history, 1947 partition and the recent Sambhal violence, CM Yogi made a sharp attack on the opposition forces. He said that in the past we were divided among ourselves in the name of caste and language, due to which we had to suffer the pain of separation. The Chief Minister bluntly said that even today Hindus are being persecuted in neighboring countries, hence Sanatanis will have to maintain their unity.

Mentioned the history of Sambhal and Ayodhya

Giving the example of Sambhal, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that in the year 1526, the ancient Harihar temple of Sambhal was demolished and a structure was erected there. If this had been countered unitedly at that time, no one would have had the audacity to damage the Shri Ram temple in Ayodhya and insult the Sanatani society in the year 1528. CM said that today the old glory and pride of both Ayodhya and Sambhal is returning. He said that once Ayodhya used to yearn for electricity and there was filth on the ghats of Saryu, but today in the changed Ayodhya one feels the Treta and Dwapar era.

‘Even today Kaikai and Manthara are roaming around with changed faces’

Taking a strong aim at the opposition, CM Yogi said that just as Manthara and Kaikai had done the work of exile during the coronation of Lord Ram, even today people with the same mentality are active in the society. Only their faces have changed. Those people who never shied away from firing sticks and bullets at Ram devotees and used all their strength in the court against the Ram Janmabhoomi movement, today they are trying to mislead the public by calling themselves Ram devotees. We need to recognize these ‘chronicles’ and be careful of them.

Attack on the partition of 1947 and the conditions of neighboring countries

Recalling the horrors of partition and the partition of the country, the Chief Minister said that in 1947, not only the geographical partition of the country took place, but due to the disintegration of the Sanatan Rashtra, there was a gruesome massacre of Hindus and Sikhs. He said that even today innocent Hindus are being killed in Pakistan and Bangladesh, but people who cry for human rights maintain silence on this. If the country had a leadership like Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel or Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the time of independence, this type of massacre would never have happened.
