Islamabad: Pakistan Foreign Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar has said that the trade agreement between India and Pakistan is stalled since August 2019. We are seriously considering relaunching it. Their Foreign Minister has indicated that Pakistan is thinking of improving relations with India.
