We often complain of mental pain

Man keeps complaining of pain throughout his life. Pain is also mainly divided into two categories. One is physical pain and the other is mental pain. In this the form of mental suffering remains invisible. It does not appear as obvious cuts or injuries in the body making it difficult to treat or understand.

When a person suffers mentally, feelings like stress, anxiety and depression arise in him. This feeling not only affects the mental state of the person but also weakens their self-esteem, attitude and purpose. The deep emotional impact of mental anguish makes it extremely painful.

In contrast, the experience of physical pain is palpable and visible. Physical injury or illness has a specific cause and is treatable, but mental suffering is different. Cyrus has said, 'Mental pain is more painful than physical pain.'

If we examine it, we will find that mental pain is more painful than physical pain because its form is invisible, deep and complex and one has to go through an internal struggle to bear it. One problem with mental pain is that it has no physical form, making it difficult for a person to express it.

Even in society, a person suffering from mental pain is left alone to bear his pain. This separation makes the mental pain more severe. To overcome mental pain, it is very important that a person understands his feelings and has the courage to express them. If this is not done then the cracks of mental pain will often creep in and make you feel miserable in life.
