After independence, till the seventies, there was only one ruling party in the country which remained sitting on the chair without any fear. Slogans were raised to keep people happy. Poverty, unemployment and inflation were the main issues. Let us take over the state this time, everything will be fine. In the 1977s, when the ruling party started tampering with the laws, people’s voices were raised. The ruling party had absolute power and declared emergency. After that elections were held. The established party had to lose its power. The other side had a different name but the methods were all the same. Till today, the chair emerges from the religious seeds sown forcefully. The parties take turns sitting on the chair. Poverty, unemployment, hunger are increasing day by day.
Punjab was very advanced in agriculture. The seed of Khalistan was sown here which germinated very quickly. Till now small plants are being prepared. There is a civil war going on in Punjab in the name of religion. Punjab was mainly used by the central government to promote the Green Revolution. The Green Revolution enriched Punjab’s food coffers but left its farmers in debt. In the Green Revolution, loans were opened to strengthen companies, which led to suicide by farmers.
Now the condition of farmers and laborers of Punjab is bad, about which we are well aware. Political parties have ruined the fortunes of Punjab by turning subsidies into begging for us. We ourselves have created such religions which are ruining us, but political parties have gone beyond religion and strengthened their vote bank by building religious places. In cities people vote on the basis of their occupation and religion. The rural culture of the villages was destroyed by political parties. Every village has been colored with five religious places and so many parties that the villagers forget about their future and give priority to the party and religion. Now the people of Chhattar have made politics their main business and profession. People sitting on chairs in administration join political parties before retirement. Film heroes and singers whose name is already established among the public, when their work looks loose they immediately join a party. He doesn’t know the ins and outs of politics and people vote in favor of his popularity. The result is that people keep searching for the conquered heroes and singers later by putting up ‘missing’ boards.
The main reason for inflation, unemployment and poverty in India is the rapidly increasing population. Some percentage of people adopt family planning considering their economic condition. The rest of the children are considered a gift from God. Employment is limited on our Earth’s borders.
We know how to attack unemployment, poverty and inflation. As political parties we know that India’s weakness is due to its increasing population. Who would think of it? Our neighboring country China has implemented laws to control population, which has improved the population. At one time China was the world leader in terms of population and now India is the leader. Our governments keep making huge salary and pension laws for their ruling leaders. Politics has now become a legacy. We have seen children of doctors and engineers becoming doctor-engineers because they get education but leaders do not need any degree. You are the child of a leader, father’s chair will be yours. They take it with the force of hiccups. Laws are rarely made for the welfare of the public. They are also so complex and difficult that the public cannot take advantage of them. Leaders who have won many elections are getting more than five-seven pensions. In my opinion, most of the budget will be used for the pension and salaries of the leaders. The main thing is that I sat down and opened the never-ending letter from our leaders.
Today there is a need that we start knowing the value of our vote. The most important thing is why we do not demand improved facilities of health and education from our leaders. Why don’t we force governments to build schools and hospitals. Stop taking government subsidies and asking for flour and pulses. Why should we have reserved jobs and reserved seats in elections? We are human beings, be human. Those who deliberately raise issues and seek votes, teach them the law and when they come to ask for votes, make them write an affidavit that they have to do this work for our country, state and our region. When the strap of the affidavit falls on them, the meaning of democracy will automatically be established. Education and age limit should be fixed for leaders. Why are the people silent? Until political parties leave religion, caste, subsidy and reservation, they will continue to sit on the chair one by one. We will keep begging. So leave politics, become a pure human being.
