  • cinnamon

  • Cumin
  • Dried red chillies
  • Ginger-chilli paste
  • Peanuts

  • Coriander
  • Potato
  • Oil
  • Date Chutney
  • How to make Fluffy Ragda Patties
  • – Take three spoons of oil in a pan. Add cinnamon, cloves, black pepper and brinjal in it. – Then add cumin seeds, dried red chilies, ginger-chili paste, boiled peanuts, coarse salt and mix everything well.
  • Then we will add spices to it, now we will add turmeric, red chili powder and some water. Then let it cook for some time.
  • – Then add mashed potatoes to it. You can also add a little boiled cumin powder. So that the chithda becomes thick. Let it boil for some time. – Then add some sugar and tamarind water to it. – Then add green coriander and turn off the gas.
  • For patties, mash the boiled potatoes. – Then add salt, roasted bean powder, then add powdered sugar, dry mango powder, ginger chilli paste and green coriander and mix well.
  • – Then prepare small balls.
  • – Pour oil on a non-stick pan and fry these balls well in little oil.
  • Now take out the patties in a plate and put the ragda on it, you can also add date chutney and hot chutney to it. So your fluffy ragda patties are ready.
