Voting will be held tomorrow on 88 seats in 13 states under the second phase of Lok Sabha elections. All 20 seats of Kerala are included in the 88 seats for which voting is to be held tomorrow. Let us tell you that Rahul Gandhi is contesting from Wayanad seat of Kerala.
Elections were to be held on 89 seats in the second phase, but due to the death of the BSP candidate on Betul seat of Madhya Pradesh, elections will be held on this seat in the third phase.
Apart from all 20 seats in Kerala, elections will be held on 14 seats in Karnataka, 13 in Rajasthan, 8 in Maharashtra, 8 in Uttar Pradesh, 6 in Madhya Pradesh, 5 in Assam, 5 in Bihar and 3 in Chhattisgarh. 3 will come in West Bengal, 1 in Manipur, 1 in Tripura and 1 in Jammu and Kashmir.
All preparations have been completed by the Election Commission for the elections to be held tomorrow. 1.67 polling stations have been set up for 15.88 crore voters and 1.6 lakh employees have been appointed.
There are a total of 15.88 crore voters for the second phase of elections, which includes 8.08 crore male and 7.8 crore female voters. In tomorrow's elections, 34.8 lakh new voters will exercise their franchise for the first time. The number of young voters in the age group of 20 to 29 years is 3.28 crore.
