The villagers applied several times to the Assistant Electrical Engineer, District Election and Block Election Officer, but no concrete action has been taken. The villagers said that in case of non-availability of electricity in the school, they have to make arrangements for electricity with the help of wood and sticks, due to which there is a possibility of a major incident.
In this regard, Departmental Executive Engineer Chhattarpur, Assistant Engineer Ramprasad Mahato and Junior Engineer Pradeep Kumar Singh have told the villagers that this problem can be solved only after allotment of wires and poles to provide electricity to this polling station, which is about one kilometer away.
