Kaithal, 8 October (Hindustan Reporter). The contest on all four seats of Kaithal district was between Congress and Bharatiya Janata Party. Guhla Assembly seat: Congress candidate Devendra Hans won. He defeated Kulwant Bazigar of Bharatiya Janata Party by 22880 votes. Davinder Hans got 64611 votes yesterday. Whereas Kulwant Bazigar got 41731 votes.
