Volunteers formed human chain under Mission Shakti

Gorakhpur, 15 October (Hindustan Reporter). Volunteers of Parijat Unit, Mata Shabari Unit and Aryabhatta Unit of the National Service Scheme operated at Mahayogi Gorakhnath University, Gorakhpur on Tuesday gave the message of strengthening the place of women in the society by forming a human chain under Mission Shakti Phase 5.0. On this occasion, the volunteers also took a pledge for women's safety and respect.

In the program, Mission Shakti Nodal Officer of the University, Dr. Idu Chaudhary said that the main objective of Mission Shakti is to protect the rights of women, empower them and bring social change. This campaign not only provides a safe environment to women but also provides opportunities for their development. Dr. Akhilesh Kumar Dubey, Program Coordinator of National Service Scheme, said that promoting positive thinking towards women in the society will not only improve the status of women, but will also help in overall development and progress. On this occasion, Program Officer Dr. Ayush Kumar Pathak, Dr. Abhishek Singh Dhananjay Pandey, all the teachers, employees and volunteers of all the units were present.
