New Delhi: Recently Vivo has launched its latest Vivo S20 series in the Chinese market. The company has brought two phones in this series. This series is also expected to be launched in India in the coming days.
This will be the successor to Vivo V40 and Vivo V40 Pro which came in August this year.
When will Vivo V50 series be launched?
At present, not much information has been revealed about the Vivo V50 series, but in the IMEI database, V50 is listed under model number V2427 and Vivo V50e is listed under model number V2428. The listing shows a better processor and faster charging. Changes can also be made in the camera sensor. According to reports, the company may launch it in late January or early February next year.
Two models will be launched
Vivo V50 and V50 Pro are expected to be launched in the upcoming series of Vivo. If we consider the S series available in China as the basis, then Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 and MediaTek Dimension 9300 processor can be found in both these phones. Talking about the design, a slight change can be seen in it.
Vivo S20, Vivo S20 Pro Specifications
If the company launches Vivo S20 and Vivo S20 Pro smartphones in India under V branding, then it will also have the same features as the Chinese variants.
Display: Both the Vivo S20 and S20 Pro feature 6.67-inch AMOLED displays with 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, up to 5,000 nits peak brightness, and HDR10 support. The standard model has a flat panel while the Pro version has a covered screen.
Camera: The S20 sports a dual camera setup of 50MP main and 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens. The S20 Pro, on the other hand, sports a 50MP Sony IMX921 primary sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide, and a 50MP periscope shooter with 3x zoom. Both phones have a 50MP front snapper.
Battery: The S20 packs a 6,500mAh battery, which supports 80W fast charging. The S20 Pro has a 500mAh battery, which supports 90W charging.
