Vivo V30 and V30 Pro launch date
Vivo has announced that the Vivo V30 series along with Vivo V30 and Vivo V30 Pro will launch in India on March 7 at 12 noon. A microsite for the smartphone has gone live on Flipkart, confirming its availability on the e-commerce site. Earlier, the company had said that the smartphone will come in at least 3 colors: Andaman Blue, Classic Black, and Peacock Green. Vivo V30 Pro will have a triple rear camera unit. The lineup will feature portrait cameras with OIS support and Vivo's signature Aura Light feature which is a circular LED flash unit on the rear panel. The smartphones will also come with Zeiss-backed cameras.
Specifications of Vivo V30 and V30 Pro
The global variant of Vivo V30 has a 6.78 inch full-HD AMOLED display, whose refresh rate is 120Hz. Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC has been provided. This phone has a 5,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging support. The camera setup includes a 50-megapixel primary OV50E camera with optical image stabilization (OIS) support, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera with Aura Light unit. There is a 50 megapixel selfie camera in the front.
Vivo V30 Pro is said to be a rebranded version of Vivo S18 Pro, which was introduced in China in December 2023. The company has confirmed that the Vivo V30 Pro will have a 50-megapixel triple rear camera unit. Reports have revealed that it may include a 50-megapixel Sony IMX920 primary camera, a 50-megapixel Sony IMX816 portrait camera, and a third camera with an ultra-wide-angle lens.
Vivo V30 Pro can get MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC like Vivo S18 Pro. It can work on FuntouchOS 14 based on Android 14. It can get a 6.78 inch Full HD Plus AMOLED display, whose refresh rate is 120Hz.
