After Anantjitsinh Naruka won a bronze medal in the men's skeet event, Vivaan Kapoor won a silver medal in the men's trap event, taking India's medal tally at the ISSF World Cup Shooting Finals to four.
Vivaan scored 44 in the final and finished far ahead of Chinese gold medalist shooter Ying. Türkiye's Tolga Ann Tuncer won the bronze medal with a score of 35. Vivaan qualified for the A Shooters final by scoring 120 out of 125 in the qualification round. In the A shooters final, Naruka of Rajasthan finished third with a score of 43. Italy's Tamaro Cassandra won the gold medal and Gabriele Rossetti won the silver medal. For India, Sonam Muskar won silver in women's 10m air rifle and Akhil Sheoran won bronze in men's 50m rifle three-position. Naruka and Maheshwari Chauhan finished fourth in the skit mix team event at the Paris Olympics.
