Indian wicketkeeper-batsman KL Rahul and his wife Athiya Shetty organised an auction to help needy children. Rahul got signed items from many cricketers, which were put up for auction. In this auction named 'Cricket for Charity' organised for the Vipla Foundation, Virat Kohli's items were bid fiercely. There was a competition for Kohli's jersey and gloves in the auction. Rohit Sharma and Dhoni's bats paled in comparison to Virat's jersey.

Meanwhile, Virat Kohli's jersey made the auction even more special. Kohli gave Rahul a signed World Cup jersey which cost Rs 40 lakh. Apart from this, Kohli's gloves were sold for Rs 28 lakh. Rahul raised a total of Rs 1.93 crore from this auction.

Both of them together got a total of Rs 37 lakh, which is Rs 3 lakh less than the price of Virat's jersey.

After Virat Kohli's jersey and gloves, Rohit and Dhoni's bats, Rahul Dravid's bat was found, which cost Rs 11 lakh. While Team India's KL Rahul's Test jersey is worth Rs 11 lakh.
