The deceased has been identified as Akshat Garg, a resident of Pochanpur, Dwarka, New Delhi. He was wearing safety equipment including helmet and gloves while driving the motorcycle. Akshat's friend 22-year-old Pradyuman Kumar was also passing through the same road. He was driving another bike and the deceased Akshat was coming from behind. This video of the accident was captured in his friend's GoPro camera. The entire incident is being investigated. The car driver has been taken into custody. He was later released on bail. The SUV driver Kuldeep Kumar Thakur is a resident of Ghitorni. He is the co-founder of a PR company.
