However, Maxim was shocked last year when his wife told him that she was pregnant again. After having the fifth child, the man went to the clinic and told the whole story.
Now the matter will reach the court – The clinic asked him to take a paternity test. The test results showed that he was the father of all her children and could become a father in the future.
The clinic called the case a miracle and told the man to be happy. Although they also offered to return the money for the operation, Maxim refused.
He says he will take the matter to court to recover the moral damages he has suffered and to raise his fifth child.
