Patiala : Former President of Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee Prof. Kirpal Singh Badungar condemned the incident that took place in Gurdwara Alamgir Sahib and said that violation of etiquette in Guru Ghar is not acceptable. Prof. Badungar said that Sikhism gives the message of universalism and the fellowship and association in Guru Ghar gives a person the test of life, but some mischievous people are deliberately targeting Guru Ghar and even those who committed violence in Gurdwara Alamgir should not be spared and legal action should be taken.
Prof. Badungar said that bringing things that are strictly prohibited in the langar of Guru Ghar to Gurdwara Sahib is a serious crime, which is nothing less than sacrilege. He said that there is a conspiratorial mischief behind those who violate etiquette, including blasphemy, so the Sikh community will not tolerate such incidents. The former President said that by using words like retarded, such people go out of the purview of law, so the truth should be put in front of everyone after investigation during legal proceedings so that Sikh hearts can get peace.
