In which Vijay Motwani has been elected councilor by fighting the election in a fake manner. By contesting the election on the basis of a fake caste certificate, the benefit that the reserved category was supposed to get, instead of getting the benefit, an ineligible person got the benefit and he got elected.
The complainants also allege that action has been taken against the Kanker Tehsildar who made the fake caste certificate, thereafter their caste certificate has been cancelled. The residents of the ward have demanded the Municipal Corporation Commissioner to dismiss the councilor of Aamapara ward and take legal action, so that those who snatch the rights of the reserved category on the basis of fake certificate can be taught a lesson. On the written complaint and allegation of the ward residents of becoming a councilor with a fake caste certificate, Councilor of Aamapara ward Vijay Motwani has said that if the Congressmen have the moral courage, then they should face each other in the court of the people. The truth will come out.
Reacting to the application given by the Congressmen, Councilor Vijay Motwani said that they are ignorant, they have already got a clean chit from the court in the caste matter. Along with this, I want to tell them that I contested the councilor election from Aamapara ward during the Congress rule and played the role of opposition in the Municipal Corporation for four years and exposed the corruption of the Congress. They are creating a comical situation by giving complaint applications out of frustration due to my popularity.
