Addressing reporters, he said that in November 2022, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann had announced the implementation of OPS as a Diwali gift to government employees. Crores of rupees have been spent on party publicity and other works in other states, but OPS has not been restored in Punjab as promised to the employees who brought the party to power.
Sukhjit Singh said that AAP leaders should not mislead Haryana government employees with such promises. He appealed to the employees of Haryana to learn from the experience of the employees of Punjab and vote wisely in the upcoming elections.
