Dehradun, 31 August (HS). Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar is coming on a two-day visit to Uttarakhand on Saturday. He will reach Dehradun this afternoon and will attend the program of Petroleum University. The Vice President will visit the National Indian Military College on 01 September and then go to Rishikesh AIIMS. Tight security arrangements have been made by the police administration for his arrival.
The Vice President will reach Dehradun Airport at Jolly Grant at around 3:30 pm on Saturday afternoon. The Vice President will reach Petroleum University at 4 pm. Between 4 and 5 pm, he will interact with scientists, faculty members and students of Council of Scientific and Industrial Research-Indian Petroleum Institute, Dehradun. While he will reach Raj Bhawan at 5:20 pm. He will stay overnight at Raj Bhawan.
On the second day, September 1, the Vice President will reach the National Indian Military College at 9:55 am. He will stay there for about an hour and reach Rishikesh helipad at 11:40 am. At 11:55 am, he will participate in the program organized at AIIMS Rishikesh. He will interact with the students and members of the medical faculty between 12 noon and 1 pm.
The police has made tight security arrangements for the Vice President's arrival in Dehradun. The police has issued a traffic plan.
