Vice President Dhankhar had darshan of his wife Shri Ramlala

Ayodhya, 10 May (HS). Vice President Jagdish Dhankhar visited Shri Ramlala in Ayodhya on Friday. Vice President Dhankhar along with his wife Sudesh Dhankhar reached Hanumangarhi temple directly from Maharishi Valmiki International Airport to worship in Ayodhya. Here he had darshan and worship. After this, worshiped the child form of Lord Shri Ram in the grand temple of Ram Janmabhoomi complex. His wife also participated in the religious rituals organized on the occasion of Akshaya Tritiya. After this, he went to Kuber Tila and had darshan and worship in the temple of Lord Shiva.

The Vice President reached Maharishi Valmiki Airport at around 4 pm on Friday evening. Here Yogi government's cabinet minister/minister in-charge of Ayodhya, Surya Pratap Shahi, welcomed the Vice President grandly with flower garlands.

Head bowed at the feet of Ramlala

The Vice President performed the aarti of Ramlala after taking darshan and worshiping the child form idol of Lord Shri Ram as per the rituals. He became overwhelmed with emotions after seeing Shri Ram. To welcome him, the entire sanctum sanctorum including the temple premises was lavishly decorated with flowers. After having darshan of Ramlala, he reached Kuber Tila, where he along with his family performed darshan and worship of Kubeshwar Mahadev as per the rituals and performed aarti.

Aarti of Maa Saryu performed with 2100 wicks

Before this he performed the aarti of Saryu Maiya. Here he performed Aarti with 2100 lights. From there Vice President Saryu arrived to perform the aarti. The Vice President had darshan, worship and aarti of Saryu for about half an hour.
