Jind, July 27 (HS). The 25th anniversary of Kargil Vijay Diwas was celebrated on Saturday at Hanuman Mandir in village Kheda Khemavati under the joint aegis of Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal. District Minister of Vishwa Hindu Parishad Pramod Gautam participated in the program as the chief speaker. The workers gathered on this occasion paid homage to the martyrs and sang patriotic songs and raised slogans.
In his address, Pramod Gautam said that we are indebted to all the martyrs. The Indian Army has always increased the pride of the country with its valor and courage, which we all are proud of. The borders of the nation are safe only because of the sacrifice and martyrdom of these brave soldiers. 25 years ago, the brave soldiers of India wrote a saga of indomitable courage and supreme sacrifice for the country on the inaccessible hills of Kargil, which Indians can never forget. In this war, the brave soldiers of India won in very difficult circumstances and once again warned the enemy that no one can even raise an eye towards our borders. On this occasion, Muana Block President Ram Singh Nambardar, Bhupendra, Ram Singh Bairagi, Dr. Indrajit, Sukhwinder Gulati, Pawan Pal, Shamsher Saini, Ankush Goyal and Satyadev Choubey were specially present.
