Vegetable raita is very tasty, these things enhance the taste

necessary ingredients:

  • 8 cups curd
  • 8 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 8 onions
  • 8 tomatoes
  • 8 carrots, grated
  • 12 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
  • 8 teaspoons finely chopped mint leaves
  • 4 teaspoon black salt
  • 2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 2 teaspoons red chili powder
  • 20 tbsp finely chopped cucumber
  • 8 teaspoons finely chopped coriander
  • 16 green chillies, finely chopped
  • salt as per taste

You can prepare it like this:

– First of all, beat the curd well and add cumin powder, black salt, black pepper powder, salt, red chili powder to it.

– Now mix the vegetables one by one and add onion, carrot, cucumber and capsicum.

Finally add tomatoes, coriander and mint leaves and green chillies.
