necessary ingredients:
- 8 cups curd
- 8 teaspoon cumin powder
- 8 onions
- 8 tomatoes
- 8 carrots, grated
- 12 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
- 8 teaspoons finely chopped mint leaves
- 4 teaspoon black salt
- 2 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 2 teaspoons red chili powder
- 20 tbsp finely chopped cucumber
- 8 teaspoons finely chopped coriander
- 16 green chillies, finely chopped
- salt as per taste
You can prepare it like this:
– First of all, beat the curd well and add cumin powder, black salt, black pepper powder, salt, red chili powder to it.
– Now mix the vegetables one by one and add onion, carrot, cucumber and capsicum.
Finally add tomatoes, coriander and mint leaves and green chillies.
