Various competitions and exhibitions will be organized

Jodhpur, 15 October (Hindustan Reporter). A two-day Marwar Festival will be organized by the Tourism Department and District Administration in the city on 16th and 17th October. Various competitions and exhibitions will be organized in the festival. Artists of the city will also get a different identity by getting a chance to showcase their art in the festival. Also, through the festival, tourists coming from India and abroad will be able to understand the culture of the city.

Assistant Director of Tourism Department, Dr. Sarita said that the program to be held on October 16 will include Surya Aradhana, Heritage Walk, Shobha Yatra, Camel Tattoo Show, Military Weapons Exhibition, Mustache Competition, Safa Dam Competition, Marwar Shree Competition, Miss Marwar Competition, Rassa. -Kassi competition, Matka race competition, kite flying and kite exhibition, exhibition of handicraft products and cultural evening will be organized at different places in the city. On the second day, on October 17, the festival will be organized at Osian, in which rural sports competition, kite flying and kite exhibition, food and kraut exhibition, camel safari, cultural evening and fireworks at the end will be held.

He said that our civilization and culture will be promoted in the Marwar Festival with the cooperation of tourists and common people coming from India and abroad. Besides, by organizing such festivals in the city, night tourism is also expected to get a new direction, which will boost tourism.
