Vande Bharat Metro News: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going on a two-day visit to Gujarat from today. Meanwhile, he is going to gift the first Vande Bharat Metro train to the country on Monday. The Vande Bharat Metro train running from Ahmedabad to Bhuj will cover the distance of 360 km in just 5 hours and 45 minutes.
Western Railway (Ahmedabad Division) Public Relations Officer Pradeep Sharma said that the Ahmedabad-Bhuj Vande Metro train is completely unreserved and air-conditioned. Passengers will be able to buy tickets from the counter shortly before the train leaves.

- In this Vande Bharat Metro train, 1150 passengers will be able to travel sitting and 2,058 passengers will be able to travel standing at a time.
- The Ahmedabad-Bhuj Vande Bharat Metro train will stop at nine stations and cover a distance of 360 km in five hours and 45 minutes at a maximum speed of 110 kmph.
- This Vande Bharat Metro train will leave from Bhuj at 5.05 am and reach Ahmedabad Junction at 10.50 am.
- The Vande Bharat Metro train is designed on the lines of the indigenous semi-high-speed train Vande Bharat, with each coach being fully air-conditioned.
- This Vande Bharat Metro train is equipped with anti-collision system (shield) and other advanced features.
