There is good news for passengers travelling from Tatanagar to Patna and Brahmapur in Odisha. After Ranchi-Howrah, Tatanagar is going to get two new Vande Bharat Express trains. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will flag off these two trains on September 15.
Two new Vande Bharat Express will be gifted by Tata
According to the information received, there is a proposal to start two new Vande Bharat Express between Tatanagar to Tata-Patna and Tata-Brahmapur. In this, the train of Tata-Brahmapur route will run via Chaibasa. In such a situation, Chaibasa route can get the first premium train.
Will cover both Bihar and Jharkhand routes
This train will reach Brahmapur from Tatanagar via Rajkharsawan, Chaibasa, Dangwaposi, Banshpani, Kendujhargarh, Harishchandrapur, Sukinda Road, Jakhapura via Cuttack, Bhubaneswar, Khordha Road. While for Tata-Patna it is expected to run via Purulia, Asansol, Jasidih, Kiul, Bakhtiyar.
At present, the distance from Tata to Brahmapur is 586 km and the distance from Tata to Patna is 496 km, which takes 13 hours and 11 hours respectively by superfast, but this journey will be completed in six to eight hours by Vande Bharat. The time table of both the trains has not been released yet, but senior railway officials have confirmed it and said that official information will be given by the Railway Board soon.
