Valmiki Samaj burnt the effigy of MP Chandrashekhar Azad | News India

Moradabad, 28 August (HS). Hundreds of people belonging to All India Balmiki Samaj protested against MP Chandrashekhar Azad and the officials of Azad Samaj Party and Bhim Army in the Collectorate on Wednesday for the second day. During this, they also burnt the effigy of MP Chandrashekhar Azad. After the protest, the people of the entire Balmiki community handed over a memorandum to the officials and demanded action against MP Chandrashekhar Azad and the officials of Azad Samaj Party and Bhim Army.

National Director of Bhartiya Valmiki Dharma Samaj, Lallababu Dravid told that Azad Samaj Party/Bheem Army had organized a brotherhood conference on 24th August in Ghaziabad district. During the conference, when Valmiki Samaj leader Bhai Akash Chandel and his companions went to talk to the organization head and Nagina MP Chandrashekhar Azad about the sanitation workers of their society, he behaved indecently. The protesters said that the workers of Azad Samaj Party and Bhim Army started beating them. It has been demanded that appropriate action be taken against the MP, Azad Samaj Party and Bhim Army officials and they should be arrested.
