Vadodara News: The entire Vadodara city is engaged in celebrating the Navratri festival with great pomp and police are also on alert to prevent any untoward incident during the Navratri festival and are constantly conducting bomb squad and dog checks in various areas including the railway station. Then an email containing a secret threat was received at the airport located at Harani in Vadodara city. Due to which various security agencies including airport authority and police have come into action and have put in place security arrangements in the airport premises. He heaved a sigh of relief when no objectionable item was found during the inspection at the airport.

According to the information received in this regard, yesterday some unknown person had sent an indirect threatening mail to the CISF email address of the Airport Authority. After receiving the apparently threatening mail on the CISF email address, various teams including the airport authority and police swung into action and informed Harni police along with senior officials.

A team of fire brigade, bomb disposal squad and dog squad along with senior police officers were sent to the airport and conducted a search in and around the premises including the Harni airport terminal, however no bomb or any incriminating object was found after the investigation. Found. The police have investigated the email ID from which the threatening message had come. Let us tell you that a few months ago also an email had come in which there was a threat to blow up Vadodara airport with bombs.

Regarding the whole matter, Pradeep Kumar, working in the CISF unit, informed the ASG at Harni police station. D. Ram lodged a complaint that on October 4, Harani was present on duty at the airport. Then at around 11:00 a mail came from an unknown person on the ID of CISF under the Airport Authority. In which a threatening message was written in English.
