The Yogi government is committed to promote transparency in the functioning of government departments in Uttar Pradesh, strengthen the dispute settlement process as well as create a framework to continuously monitor the progress of work on all ongoing projects. In this sequence, the process of equipping the Uttar Pradesh Irrigation and Water Resources Ministry with an online web portal based software monitoring management system has now been started. In this sequence, UP Electronics Corporation Limited (UPLC) has started the software development agency determination process through e-tendering. Only software development agencies empanelled before UPLC will be able to participate in the determination process of this agency and work will be assigned to them under the service provider category (B and C).

A detailed action plan has been prepared for the development of online monitoring management enabled software management system in Uttar Pradesh Irrigation and Water Resources Ministry. According to this, under this process, the agency receiving the work will have to develop such software which will be an online web portal based software as well as equipped with various types of facilities including data customization, progress data feeding, tracking and monitoring. It will be equipped with login process at various levels with hierarchy based login system. Along with this, it will pave the way to complete various types of tasks related to data according to the role and designation of the user. Apart from this, it will also become a medium for creating various types of reports including progress report.
Will be equipped with user interaction handling capability and Spring security mechanism
This web based portal will be developed under Spring Security 6 protocol. The portal will be made Windows-10 and Windows-11 enabled and will be equipped with MVC Spring Boot framework. Apart from this, REST API will work according to Spring Boot, Java and HTML enabled Azure VM server. It will be equipped with user interaction handling capacity, security configuration, custom authentication and security filters. This web based portal will also be equipped with dispute resolution and monitoring process at various levels.
