Washington: Newly elected President Donald Trump has said that after assuming power on January 20, all the people who entered America illegally will be sent back to their country. This would be the largest deportation campaign ever in American history.

For this, a list is being prepared by America’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement. There are approximately 1.5 million illegal immigrants in America. Arrangements are being made for their disposal.

El Salvadorans are second only to Mexicans in the number of people from other countries entering the United States illegally. Whereas in third place about 7,25,000 Indians have entered America illegally. Documentation is starting to send the first batch of 18,000 of these back to India.

According to the said ICE data, 17,940 Indians will be brought back in November 2024 in the first group.

Even before the release of this data, in the month of October, America had sent back the Indians who had entered illegally through chartered planes. India also gave full support for this flight which left on 22 October. As stated by the Department of Homeland Security.

On the other hand, thousands of undocumented Indians are trying to legalize their status. Many of these are awaiting clearance by ICE.

Data shows that over the last 30 years, an average of 90,000 Indians have been caught crossing the border into the US illegally.

The report further states that 261,651 undocumented (illegal) immigrants entered the United States from Honduras. This is followed by Guatemala, Mexico and El Salvador.

15 countries are on top in terms of not accepting back their own citizens. Which are creating real confusion. His attitude is full of non-cooperation. Along with this, names of those 15 countries have also been given in this report. These are: India, Bhutan, Burma, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Hong Kong, Iran, Laos, Pakistan, People’s Republic of China, Russia, Somalia and Venezuela.
