However, under the new decision, they have withdrawn this 20% US reimbursement fee (tax) plan. Instead, Gulf countries will now have to make large-scale trade and investment deals with America. According to Trump, this investment will be the largest in history, bringing large-scale factories, plants and equipment to America and creating millions of high-wage jobs.
