Earlier, the Commission had also extended the last date of application for Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2024. As per the official notification, the last date of application was extended till 6th March 6 PM. The application correction window was kept open from March 7 to March 13, 2024.
Through UPSC, CSE 2024, the Commission will recruit a total of 1056 posts. In this, 180 posts of IAS have been filled, in which 73 posts have been reserved for general category, 24 for SC, 13 for ST, 52 for OBC and a total of 18 seats have been reserved for EWS. A total of 150 posts have been filled for IPS, in which 60 posts have been reserved for General Category, 23 posts for SC, 10 posts for ST, 42 posts for OBC and 15 posts for EWS. A total of 55 posts of IFS will be filled.
