UP’s first ‘double decker flyover’ in Greater Noida! Delhi-Meerut Expressway will be connected at a cost of Rs 900 crore.

Uttar Pradesh’s first ‘Double Decker Flyover’ is going to be built in Greater Noida. This ambitious project will directly connect the 130 meter wide road of Greater Noida West to National Highway-9 (NH-9) and Delhi-Meerut Expressway via Shahberi and Crossings Republic. Its construction will greatly strengthen the infrastructure of Greater Noida West and reduce heavy traffic pressure on one of the busiest routes of NCR.

6-lane elevated route to be built at a cost of Rs 900 crore

According to media reports, approximately Rs 900 crore will be spent on the construction of this grand and state-of-the-art double-decker flyover.

• 6-Lane Elevated Design: It will be a 6-lane elevated flyover, which will become the first double-decker system in Greater Noida.

• Best distribution of traffic: In this, separate lanes/paths will be created for smooth movement of different types of vehicles (light and heavy vehicles), which will significantly increase the vehicle capacity of the road and will provide permanent relief from the severe traffic jams during peak hours.

Sure cure for narrow turns and long jams of chestnut

Greater Noida West (Noida Extension) is currently one of the largest and fastest growing residential hubs of NCR. The population is continuously increasing in the new housing societies here, but due to the heavy pressure of vehicles on the narrow roads around Shahberi and the routes connecting Noida-Ghaziabad-Delhi, there is a kilometer long traffic jam every day.
