UPA Chairperson Sonia | Live Updates, Unveiling the Latest India News Trends

New Delhi: Former President of the Indian National Congress and current Chairperson of the UPA Sonia Gandhi on Monday expressed proud optimism and said that the election results will be completely different from the exit polls, I and my party are fully confident.

He further said that we should wait, wait a little.

He said this in response to a question asked by journalists regarding the election results to be announced on Tuesday.

Sonia Gandhi, who went to the DMK office here to attend the program organized on the occasion of the 100th birth anniversary of DMK founder M. Karunanidhi, said this in response to questions asked by journalists.

It is well known that most exit polls have predicted the NDA to win over 400 seats, with the BJP also predicted to win around 350 seats, far more than the 272 seats needed to form the government.

Despite this, Congress and 'India Alliance' called the exit poll a fairy tale and said that the opposition alliance would form the next government.

On Sunday, former Congress president Rahul Gandhi said that this should not be called an exit poll but should be called a 'Modi Media Poll'. These are Modi Ji's polls, these are fairy tale polls.

Other Congress leaders also said, 'India alliance will get 295 seats and will form the government.'

Sonia Gandhi, who was present at the DMK office here on the 100th birth anniversary of DMK leader Karunanidhi, said that it is a privilege for me to be present on the 100th birth anniversary of Dr. Kalaignar Karunanidhi. Special: I am happy to be present with DMK colleagues. I have also had the privilege of meeting my colleagues and listening to them. My heartiest wishes to Sarve, who will be present on this occasion.
