Union Minister Scindia held a review meeting regarding the overall development of Arunachal.

Itanagar, 13 November (Hindustan Reporter). North Eastern Region Development Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia today reached Itanagar, the capital of Arunachal Pradesh, at night on a three-day visit to the North-Eastern states. During this, he participated in the review meeting in Itanagar regarding the overall development of Arunachal as well as North-Eastern states.

Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu and officials of several departments were present in the meeting. Addressing the media persons after the review meeting, Minister Scindia said that we are ready for all the developmental activities as per the requirements of the Central Government, especially the DoNER Ministry and the State Government.

He said that both the Central Government and the State Government are working as partners for the development of the state. As we all know that the Central Government under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi is committed to the development of the North-Eastern state by 2047. We are working with this in mind.

Before today’s meeting, Chief Minister Khandu welcomed Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia and said that keeping in mind the needs of the state, the DoNER Ministry will take a decision very soon.

It is noteworthy that Union Minister Scindia’s three-day North-East tour is starting from today. During this visit, Scindia will visit Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Mizoram and Tripura and hold review meetings with the Chief Ministers of the states.

They will reach Agartala on the evening of 14th November. The next day, on the morning of 15th November, he will participate in the Tribal Pride Day program in Agartala. Later the same day, Chief Minister Prof. Will hold a review meeting with (Dr.) Manik Saha.

Scindia will leave for Meghalaya from Agartala on November 15, where he will participate in the Cherry Blossom Festival-2024 in Ri-Bhoi district.
