He said all women, who are residents of Delhi and are registered voters by December 12, 2024, will be eligible for the scheme. On Thursday, Arvind Kejriwal said that after the next assembly elections, the monthly amount is expected to be increased to Rs 2100. Kejriwal said that many women consider the current amount inadequate.
Who can avail the benefits of the scheme?
– All women of Delhi, who are residents of Delhi and registered as voters by 12 December 2024.
– This scheme may not be for some people. Such as persons who are or have been permanent government employees, elected officials such as MPs, MLAs or Councilors, women who have recently paid tax and persons who are already availing the benefits of any other pension scheme of Delhi Government. .
– This benefit will be given only to women aged 18 years or above.
– The maximum annual income of the family will be Rs 3 lakh.
– Government benefits, government jobs, taxpayers, pensioners are not eligible for this scheme.
What documents are required?
To apply under this scheme, you must have some documents. These include Aadhaar card, voter ID card, PAN card, bank account details, address proof such as electricity bill, water bill or ration card. Proof of age includes birth certificate, school leaving certificate or passport. Apart from the income certificate, self-declaration-applicants are required to submit a document confirming that they meet the eligibility criteria for the scheme.
