Separatist rebels in northern Mali say they killed Russian Wagner troops near the Algerian border between July 25 and 27. However, the rebels did not say how many of their soldiers were killed. Russia has said it will continue to support the Malian junta.

There are many organizations in Mali opposing the government, including Tuareg rebels. Apart from this, Jamaat Nusrat al-Aslam wal Muslimin, a group linked to Al-Qaeda in the Sahel, is also opposing the government. Russia has sent mercenaries to support the Mali government

Mali breaks political ties with Ukraine

This is a challenge for the Malian army. Mali said that it is terminating all diplomatic relations with Ukraine with immediate effect.

Asked for answer from Ukrainian ambassador regarding violence

Mali has also sought an answer from the Ukrainian ambassador for this violence. Mali says that Ukraine has challenged its sovereignty. Apart from this, Ukraine has supported international terrorists.
