Don't even ask, people go to such lengths to get likes and views on social media. Often no one sees the place or time. Now we see reels being made even at religious places. If devotees are seen making reels in this manner in the court of world famous Baba Mahakal, the administration will take strict action.
Mrinal Meena in action as soon as he takes charge
Mrinal Meena, the new administrator of Sri Mahakaleshwar Management Committee, took charge. As soon as he took charge, he banned the making of reels in the Mahakal campus. He said that we want that the wishes of the devotees who come to see Baba Mahakal in the temple should be fulfilled. We are trying to provide best arrangements to the devotees. He said that photography and videography is prohibited in the temple premises but still people are breaking these rules. But now strict action will be taken against those who do so. He also said that the ban on making reels in Mahakal temple is not a new rule. This rule has been implemented earlier also, but this time it is certain to be followed.
What if you get caught making a reel?
If any devotee is seen making reels in the temple, he will first be explained not to do so. Still, if he does not agree, strict action will be taken against him. Devotees are strictly prohibited from taking photographs and making reels inside the temple premises. If they do not find it appropriate to misbehave with the security personnel in any way, then action will be taken against them up to registering an FIR. It is worth noting that a few days ago also a fight broke out when the security personnel refused to make a reel. The security personnel have lodged a complaint against the person who made the reel and the person who assaulted him.
