UGC NET June 2024 Exam: Big news has come on UGC NET exam 2024. Two major changes have been made in the NET exam. Both these changes are being implemented this time from the UGC NET exam of June 2024. This information has been given by University Grants Commission Chairman M. Jagadish Kumar himself. He also informed that UGC NET 2024 application form will be released on April 20 at ugcnet.nta.ac.in.

UGC NET: What will be new in UGC NET June 2024?
First change: Candidates who are pursuing four years graduation or 8 semesters UG course and are studying in their final year or final semester will also be considered eligible for UGC NET 2024 June exam. That means such candidates can also apply for the NET exam of June 2024.
Second change: Candidates who are pursuing 4 years of graduation will be given the option to appear in NET exam in any subject. That is, they will not be forced to appear in the NET exam only in the subject in which they have done graduation. However, the candidate has to choose the subject in which he/she wants to do PhD from among the subjects of NET examination.
Note that the application form for UGC NET June Exam 2024 is being made available on the official website of UGC NET from today, April 20. You can apply online at ugcnet.nta.nic.in by reading the UGC NET 2024 Information Bulletin. Before filling the net form you will have to complete the registration process. The examination will be taken in online mode.
