Kirit Somaiya's wife has alleged that the allegations of Rs 100 crore scam in the construction and maintenance of public toilets in Mira Bhayander area of Mumbai are completely false. At that time, she had demanded to register a case against Sanjay Raut and make him an accused. A case was also registered against him under section 499 of the IPC.
Sanjay Raut will give Rs 25000 compensation to Kirit Somaiya's wife
Kirit Somaiya's wife Medha Kirit Somaiya's lawyer said that the court has ordered Sanjay Raut to pay Rs 25,000 as compensation. In the complaint, Medha admitted that Raut is the executive editor of Marathi newspaper Saamana and Uddhav is also the chief spokesperson of Shiv Sena.
