Both flights were given the green signal
According to a news agency, the traffic control first gave the green signal to PSA 5511 for landing, after which they also gave the green signal to Endeavor Air 5421 to take off from the same runway. According to the report of flight tracking website FlightRadar24, there was a distance of about 700-1000 feet between the two flights. PSA Airlines 5511 had 75 passengers and four crew members.
