The festival of Diwali brings happiness in every house, but this happiness turned into mourning in Narayanpura village of Karjalia Gram Panchayat of Asind police station area of Bhilwara district. Two laborers lost their lives when the boiler of a Mawa factory exploded in Narayanpura on Friday night. Today there was mourning in the village during Govardhan Puja. Due to the festival, the last rites of the dead were performed early.
Laborers Mahadev Gurjar (35), son of Unkar Gurjar and Radheshyam Gurjar (25), son of Sukhdev Gurjar, who worked in Mawa factory located in Narayanpura, died tragically on the spot. He had been working in this factory for several days and was busy with his daily work even on Friday. Due to high demand of mawa due to Diwali, the workload was more. Suddenly the boiler exploded, killing both the workers. The roof of the factory also collapsed.
After this accident, a wave of mourning has spread in the entire area. As soon as the news of the accident was received, Asind police station officer Hanspal Singh immediately reached the spot with his team. The scene there was very heart-wrenching. There was an atmosphere of fear and sadness among the people after seeing the blood spread all around and the pieces of the broken boiler. The police took immediate action and kept both the bodies at Asind Health Center and interrogated the people present on the spot.
Police said that the post-mortem of both the bodies was conducted on Saturday morning. After that the bodies were handed over to the relatives. Other workers working in the factory told that the condition of the boiler was not good and it had already faced problems, but it was not paid attention to. After the accident, the entire village became inconsolable and a huge crowd gathered at the spot. The family members are in bad condition and there is silence in the entire village. villagers
Told that both Mahadev and Radheshyam were very hardworking and honest labourers. He was the support of both their families, and their untimely death has brought great distress to their families. The affected families have demanded financial assistance from the administration so that they can support their families in this time of crisis. The people of the village also talked to the factory owner after this accident and demanded him to improve the security arrangements. The administration has also assured of appropriate action if found guilty after investigation. This accident happened on the occasion of Diwali, when everyone is celebrating happiness in their homes. But this time the people of Narayanpura village are paying tribute to their two sons by lighting lamps on Diwali.
It is noteworthy that Radheshyam was the youngest in the family and he has two elder brothers. He got married only 6 months ago. Mahadev Gurjar was the second among three brothers. He has two sons and a daughter. Both the youths used to work as laborers to support their families.
