Two injured as four-storey building collapses in Navi Mumbai, rescue operations underway

Mumbai, 27 July (HS). Two people were injured when a four-storey building collapsed in Shahbaz village in CBD Belapur area of ​​Navi Mumbai on Saturday morning. The injured are being treated at a nearby hospital. Fire brigade and NDRF teams are carrying out relief and rescue operations. Another person is feared to be trapped under the debris, whose search is on.

According to the police, there is a salon under a four-storey building in Shahbaz village of Belapur. Suddenly the owner of the salon felt vibrations in the building. When he shouted, all the people living there came out of the building safely. Shortly after this, the entire building collapsed like a pack of cards. Three people were buried under the debris, out of which the fire brigade and NDRF personnel rescued two people and took them to the hospital. The search for another one is on.
