Jaipur, 6 October (Hindustan Reporter). The team of Anti Gangster Task Force Police Headquarters has caught two miscreants who were planning a robbery while sitting at a tea stall located at Mahima Circle in Mansarovar area of Jaipur and recovered an illegal country-made pistol and 7 live cartridges. Both the miscreants have been handed over to Mansarovar Police for further investigation in the case.
Additional Director General of Police Anti Gangster Task Force Dinesh MN said that the team received information that two criminal type persons were sitting at a tea stall located at Mahima Circle in Mansarovar, who were carrying illegal weapons. These people are members of some organized gang, who can carry out some major crime.
MN told that after developing this information, with the help of local police, the team surrounded the two persons sitting on the tea stick and arrested Sitaram Gurjar alias Siku (23), resident of Surpaliya Nagaur, Ramkumar Sudhar alias Ramkishan (18), resident of Jamsar Bikaner. When both the miscreants were searched, a loaded pistol with three cartridges in its magazine was seized from Sitaram and seven live cartridges were seized from Ramkumar Sudhar.
During initial interrogation, both the miscreants said that they had brought the said weapon from Harish Chaudhary, a resident of Panchauri, Nagaur, who is a big smuggler of illegal weapons, with the intention of committing robbery.
In this action, the special role of Head Constable Narendra Singh and Mahavir Singh, technical support of Head Constable Ravindra Singh, Abhimanyu Singh and Constable Jitendra Kumar and commendable cooperation of Head Constable Mahesh Kumar, Constable Naresh and Driver Suresh were commendable.
