Moradabad, 20 February (HS). The court of Additional District and Sessions Judge Pancham Gyanendra Singh Yadav of Moradabad has sentenced two gangster accused to two and a half years imprisonment. Besides, a fine of Rs 5,000 each has also been imposed on them.
On January 24, 2022, in Kundarki police station area of Moradabad, Police Sub-Inspector Satraj Singh had registered a case against Matin and Nawab, residents of Tewar Khas village of Bilari area, on charges of Gangster Act. In which it was told that the accused formed a gang and committed crimes to gain illegal material and financial benefits.
This case was heard in the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge Pancham Gyanendra Singh Yadav. Special Public Prosecutor Rajiv Tyagi presented the case on behalf of the state government. On the basis of the evidence on file, the court found the accused guilty of the Gangster Act. Gangster accused Mateen and Nawab have been sentenced to two and a half years each, and a fine of Rs 5,000 each has also been imposed on them.
