Two-day Bukru Festival in JKK from Saturday

Jaipur, 15 November (HS). The two-day Children Literature Festival Bukru organized by Jawahar Kala Kendra will start from Saturday. Children aged 4 to 14 years will be able to participate in the festival free of charge. In the festival to be held from 11 am to 4:30 pm, 28 speakers from 9 countries will interact with children in 60 sessions.

Children will get to listen to interesting stories in the story tree in Bukru. In the Crafty Corner, children will learn to make various crafts. In Doodle Wall Workshop, children will create artworks on different themes. Children’s creativity will increase through story writing, book discussion, art workshop, book reading, science based sessions in ‘The Podium’, ‘Studio’ and ‘Auditorium’ sessions. A book fair will also be organized in Bukru in which books of different authors related to children will be available. There will be two ongoing activities in Bukru which will continue throughout the day.
